Hey friends! Have you been wondering where I’ve been?
I apologize that there haven’t been any new blog posts for awhile but I’ve been busy!
You know how I always joke about ‘writing that book someday’… well… I started the process of writing a first chapter manuscript (FINISHED AND MAILED), getting it evaluated (IN PROCESS), and talking with literary agents, editors, and publishers to see if there is a market and demand for my memoir (JUNE 3-6).
It’s a long story but through a series of connections and phone calls, I couldn’t deny God’s promptings in my life to write. It was very clear that God was telling me to TRUST HIM with some of responsibilities and The Kid and to OBEY His promptings to write His story in my life.
I have NO IDEA where this will lead since I’m a first time author with no big name or following, but I feel confident in telling God’s story in my life. He had a plan and purpose for the story and has provided the connections that I never would have ever made on my own – ONLY GOD!
As I embark on this new adventure, I would love your prayers – not only for me but also for Mr. Small Town and The Kid! I have their unwavering support but at times life just gets ‘real’.
